Handmade Agate Feather Artwork Suncatcher

This completely unique, one-of-a-kind "Light as a Feather" is comprised completely of tumbled agates, formed together in the traditional Tiffany stained glass method into beautiful agate artwork for your window. The light streams through them, illuminating every band and color of these gems which were hidden in the ground for millions of years. 

 

It measures 10" long and 3" wide. 

This is traditional, Tiffany-method stained glass. I'm an artist who'd been creating stained glass artwork for nearly 20 years, from the Pacific Northwest. 

Suspended by a long silver chain, this agate artwork stained glass piece looks contemporary and modern, and will look right at home with cottagecore, boho, scandi, contemporary, and many more styles of decor! It is a completely unique stained glass light catcher. 

I started making these pieces so I could display the transparent objects that I love - the "glassyrocks." I have been a rockhound and beachcomber my entire life, but I always struggled with what to do with all the little treasures I found. After studying the art of stained glass, I finally discovered how I could showcase the extraordinary beauty of these items. I hope you love them.
