𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐋𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃: Glass, foiling tape, solder, the materials to solder them all together (flux, a soldering iron, etc.) and wire rings or jump rings and chain/string for hanging. 

You'll also want white enamel or glass paint to add the highlights to the eyes, which are solid pieces of dark brown glass as shown in the pattern.
