ITEM: This listing is for a *digital pattern* and contains two different versions of the Kalanchoe "Paddle Plant" Succulent Stained Glass Plant Stem Pattern - one is numbered, and one is clean, without numbering. This listing is only for the pattern - no other materials are included.
LICENSING: This Succulent Stained Glass Plant Stem Pattern download includes both a hobby and commercial license. Patterns cannot be reproduced, published (other than printing for personal use), or shared. If you do sell your finished work, please give a credit to Noelle Barnes/GlassyRock Arts as the designer.
SIZING: Once completed, this piece measures 5.5” wide and 4.25” tall (from the base) as printed on 8.5x11” paper – you can scale up or down if needed. The stem will fit into any pot that is larger than 3” in diameter. The based (the flat part at the bottom) is 2.6” wide, with the wires extending down from that base at slightly larger than that width.
MATERIALS NEEDED: Glass, foiling tape, solder, the materials to solder them all together (flux, a soldering iron, etc.) and a base. You can use a previously-loved pot with soil, or you can use floral foam. Just add your plant stem to whichever base you choose, maybe decorate the top with some gravel or glass gems, and voila! A gorgeous plant that never dies.
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate to advanced.
