These three modern stained glass plant patterns are Kauai stained glass designs for tropical plants, reminiscent of those you'd see on the island. They are printable patterns, and 20% of all proceeds from the tropical leaves pattern series are donated to the Kaua'i museum in Lihue, Kaua'i. These patterns are also available individually.
ITEM: This listing is for a *digital pattern* pack and contains two different versions of each of the pattern - one is numbered, and one is clean, without numbering. There are three patterns, so a total of six pattern pages are included. This listing is only for the pattern so you can make your own stained glass suncatchers - no other materials are included.
LICENSING: This download includes both a hobby and commercial license. Patterns cannot be reproduced, published (other than printing for personal use), or shared. If you do sell your finished work, please give a credit to Noelle Barnes/GlassyRock Arts as the designer.
SIZING: Once completed, this piece measures 6.5โ wide and 10โ tall as printed on 8.5x11โ letter-sized paper.
MATERIALS REQUIRED: Glass, foiling tape, solder, the materials to solder them all together (flux, a soldering iron, etc.) and rings and chain for hanging.
SKILL LEVEL: Advanced beginner and beyond.
PATTERN SERIES: These patterns are part of a tropical leaves series with names based on some of the most beautiful and important places in Kauaโi, a place which has meaning and significance to me personally. It is important to me to both celebrate and honor Kauaโi and its heritage. To do that, I have chosen to donate 20% of all proceeds from the Tropical Leaves pattern series to the Kauaโi Museum, which strives to collect and preserve ancient artifacts and current artwork, and connect them to todayโs communities on the island. A hui hou, Joanne!
